  • Morning Ladies. How was everyones weekend? I went to the grocery store and got a TON of yummy healthy food... so I am all set for a healthy week in terms of food (now I just need to get my butt to the gym) :laugh: I started the day with a berry-smoothie... and I froze the rest so i could have a sweet treat tonight! :drinker: I LOVE eating healthy... it just takes me a bit to get on track :love: :wink: So whats for lunch ladies????

  • LUNCH! I used the Magic Bullet to finely chop up chicken with Lite Miracle Whip, pepper and sriracha red chili sauce. Will use on a bed of mixed lettuce and spinach. ++ Will not need to use additional dressing! yeah!

    Items In This SUPER HIGH Protien, LOW Carb/Fat Meal
    Calories 327 Protein 52 Carbs 6 Fat 9 (for 2 servings)

    Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted, 1.2 cup
    Kraft Miracle Whip Lite - Miracle Whip Lite, 2 tbsp
    Huy Fong - Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, 2 TSP

    Good Morning everyone!!!! Hope everyone has a great week!! I feel like I'm doing better so far this week.... I didn't totally blow it this weekend.... I feel pretty confident that I'm going to lose a lb this week!!! And I'm going shopping Thursday and hoping to fit into some size 12 jeans!!!!!! That would mean that I've lost 2 pants sizes!!!!

    Ugh! I had a terrible weekend again! I was sick last week, thought I was better friday... Boy was I wrong. So once again I overate because I like to feel sorry for myself when i'm sick :sad:

    Oh well, today is a new day and I went to the store and bought a ton of fruit and healthy snacks so I WILL get back on track starting now :laugh:

    I hope everyone's weekend was great! (at least better than mine:ohwell: )

    Hello all :smile:

    I didn't do too bad this weekend. Took the kids to the movies and planned ahead for myself. I took a low calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels, sugar free hard candy, and had some of a kids size popcorn (no butter), and an unsweetened iced tea. I was proud because the movie theater food can really get ya! I ate really well and worked out this weekend so I feel really good today! We went out to dinner after my hubby got home yesterday (he was gone all weekend) and I was worried I was gonna slip up but I didn't! :happy: I even worked out extra yesterday just incase and burned a total of 712 calories! :bigsmile: So hopefully, I will get to post a loss this week!   • Hi everyone!
    My weekend wasn't too bad. I started the ChaLean Extreme program on Saturday and it was AWESOME. It was only about 35 minutes or so and when I was done I was worried that this wasn't going to work, but a few hours later I was already feeling sore!!! I have day 2 to do tonight when I get home. Hope everyone else had a good weekend!

    Well, wasn't the best weekend for me, but wasn't the worst either. Saturday was okay, but Sunday I over did it a bit. When I added up my calories I had gone over what I'm supposed to have but was still under my maintenance calories, so I'm trying not to beat myself up too bad!:ohwell:

    Anyway, I'm gonna kill it this week, and am determined to lose another pound by Thursday's weigh in. Haven't weighed myself in a couple days, so maybe it's possible!
  • sounds like a mix of good and bad weekends... either way... you are here and it is a new week... trust me I am at square one today... although I new that was going to happen :noway: I am wicked excited though because I have so much yummy food @ home... and I got rid of all the bad stuff :tongue: now I just need to stay away from the vending machine / office b-day parties... :noway: :wink: I just ate my soup and it was a bit disappointing... but I am not going to let that get to me... I ate it... and I am full (kind of :laugh: ) so I don't need to run to a bag of chips... I am just going to down some WATER :drinker: and hope it keeps me on track...

    howdy everyone. my weekend SUCKED (diet-wise - it was pretty fun, actually). Went to barbecue with friends where there were noooooo healthy choices. yikes! 1st time in 4 weeks I went over my calories:noway:

    today was retuen visit to orthodontist in the morning so, by lunchtime, my teeth were hurting so bad I didn't even WANT to eat :laugh: yogurt for dinnie - here I come!

    Hey everyone!

    I actually had a pretty good weekend. There was a graduation party on Saturday and I went a little bit above my calorie limit for lunch, buttt...I worked it off later on in the evening. :happy: I've been alternating days between cardio and weights, so I decided to take it easy on Sunday and just go for a walk at the park (lakes+hills+beautiful weather = very relaxing!). I did Tae Bo for the first time today and oh. my. god...I doubt that there's a single muscle in my body that I didn't work today! I'm really liking the videos and cardio days are actually becoming my favorite. :tongue:

    well, my day turned around. I ate good all day and walked on the treadmil twice, for a total of 88min. that was over 5 miles. WOW, I never would have thought I had that in me today. YEA!!!!ME!!!!!

    OMG!! I feel terrible.... I have done sooo good this weekend and was really expecting a good loss this week and THEN I was invited out to dinner at Applebee's last night.... I got a chicken tenders basket (b/c I had to get something that my son could have some of) and guess what.... I ended up going over my daily calories by 1000!!!!!! AND I didn't workout at all yesterday...... Double the workout today... I am going to go to the gym at lunch and do some HIIT and then go for a run when I get home from work this afternoon..... I really hope this doesn't mess me up for the weigh in on Thursday!!!!

I got back from my work out starving... and had nooooo will power... although nothing I ate was 'bad' I ate too much... way too much... :grumble: I'm not sure why I can't seem to get going...     I hear you can burn calories while laughing... :laugh: so, for a good laugh and some calorie burn... go see the movie THE HANGOVER and bring some chilled/shelled edamame and a bottle of water... I think I laughed the ENTIRE movie... might be the funniest one I have seen so far... I'm turning the big 4-0 tomorrow.. :ohwell: .so I have alot of movies to compare it to!

    Imagine yourself at your goal and don't give in!!!!! :flowerforyou:

    My boyfriend and I went to see that this weekend, and I agree... FUNNY!!! We also went to Whole Foods before and got healthy snacks. Spicy pumpkin seeds and flavored water!

    I've been super hungry the last couple days, not sure why. Trying not to deprive myself, but hard not to over do it as well! Going to go for a long workout after dinner so I have more energy!

    :smile: Morning Ladies, still on track and my weekend was fine too, and just 11 days now until we leave for a week long Chicago vacation :drinker: :happy:

    Today I am going to clean windows and cupboards, so keeping moving and already have my meals planned. Have a great one!

    BTW we watched New in Town on DVD (Renee Zellweger & Harry Conick Jr) last night and it was LOL funny and a real feelgood too :love:

    hello,im getting back on track,im so mad at my self , 4 steps forward 3 steps back. all the hard work i put in got destroyed in two days. i got to better on weekends. my husband is a bad influence. but i cant blame him for everything. boy 1200 calories isnt much at all, when you try to eat out. i got in a ton of exercise yesterday though. today im going to better on my food. I have to stop eating my babies leftovers:blushing: . I hate wasting food. but i dont want to be a human garbage disposal either!!!

I have been better (much better) about avoiding fast food, packing a healthy lunch, and eating lots of good foods.... I just need to get my late night munchies under control... I know I am not really hungry, just looking for something to do while watching TV or hanging out... :grumble: But that is okay... rome wasn't built in a day :laugh: :bigsmile: How is everyone???

    Help!!! I love my cousin to death... she comes over and hangs out at my house pretty much every night, but she looves cake and ice cream and last night brought over a cookie for me and a piece of cake and ice cream.... how could I say no?? Now I feel like I've ruined the week AGAIN... I have GOT to get this under control!!!!! Hope everyone else's week is going better.

    I did do good with my running yesterday..... usually, I run on the treadmill at between 5.5 and 6.0, but yesterday I sprinted at 7.0 for a couple of minutes and tried to keep it more around the 6.0 range on average!!!! Today it's the elliptical for me!!
  • HEY LADIES... GOOD NEWS / BAD NEWS... I just found out the BF is taking me on a va-k :bigsmile: (we are leaving Friday :love: and right after that I am going to a conference for work... so while that is great it means that I will be MIA on MFP for several weeks... I hope I can keep it together while I am away... :noway: :laugh: ... and I know you ladies will keep this challenge going for me....!!!!
