....my friend is just off the phone & was all enthuastic about this website, so I decided to take a look & see what its all about.
I have had a life long battle with my weight & unfortunately its one where I am definately on the losing side (and not in a good way).
Last year I was sucessful in losing around 5 stone in the first 7/8 months of the year but then I did my usual & fell off the wagon. I was using a similar site to this for a well known dieting company but stopped my membership.
I am looking forward to starting again next week as I really need to get myself in the zone again & I am hoping to get there with the aide of this site.
Over the next few days I am going to get used to how the site works & read some of the posts & then there willbe no stopping me.....I hope.

Welcome and good luck. Make it a lifestyle and not a diet. Educate yourself on healthy eating and portion control and get a food scale to keep you honest.0

Thanks.......I have all the stuff - scales, steamer, lean griller etc just need the will power - LOL.
I like what I am seeing so far on the site.
Not sure if I need to go on another board or not for this question but is it possible to change how may calories etc that you are allocated when you put in your details....because I am very large every diet always gives me too many calories/points/syns etc so I would always not take all them but on this one I would rather have it set up correctly rather than just leaving some at the end of every day.
