Energy gels...

I have been thinking about trying some of these for when I go on long runs, but I was wanting some suggestions on which ones are the best and which ones to stay away from. Any suggestions, comments? Thanks in advance!:wink::wink:

    I like the GU brand. The vanilla or the chocolate. For under an hour you don't need them. Once you start getting over an hour or two then you need to start replacing some calories. I also like the sport beans these are basically jelly beans. You want to make sure and drink some water with the gels and I like some with the sport beans as well.
