Healthy eaters/exercisers just needing to eat a bit less?

Hi there! Anyone in the same boat as me - with a healthy diet and healthy exercise habit/lifestyle, just needing to eat a bit less? That's me! I swim, bike, run, do triathlons (since 2010), eat healthy foods, but realize that I just need to eat a bit less!

5'6 female, 185 pounds, with 30+ to lose...

    I believe it is all about correct portion size.

    Agreed! And that's what I need to master! Bread and cheese are my downfall, not to mention chocolate!!
