Hi, Im new to MFP - joined about 3 months ago but am now actually starting to use it!
A day for me looks likes this:
breakfast: protein shake
snack: banana / fruit pot
Lunch; tuna salad in wholemeal pitta / porridge with skimmed milk & berries / cous cous salad / wholemeal pasta with low fat pesto, brocoli, peas & onions
afternoon snack: protein shake
Dinner: quorn spag bol wholemeal pasta (lots of veggies in spag bol) / chicken breast, vege, potatoes / chicken stirfry / salmon vege & potatoes
snack: nuts, raisins, small bowl bran flakes with skimmed milk, slice wholemeal toast with organic peanut butter
With my 'food' snacks and meals Im trying to be 'clean' ie not processed, wholegrain carbs, limiting caffeine & alcohol ( max 1 cup coffee a day - usually decaf) (occassional glass of wine - red, white or rose!). I allow myself a take away treat at weekends.
I do alot of exercise - 4/5 times a week. MIxture of classes (spin, pump, circuits) and cardio (interval running & crosstrainer) / weight training routine (love kettlebells & vipers).
Im just looking for any advice - dietary & exercise wise looking to lose at least 24 lb.
Thanks!
