In need of exercises to do at home! help please!!

i just got back into mfp a couple of weeks ago. i'm 49, 5'2" and weigh 156. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week now, doing cardio and weights, which i love. but i am looking for exercises i can do at home. i've been all over the internet this morning (looking up exercises i've seen discussed on here) and have found a few, (visual is a plus for me lol). but i need help? does anyone know of a website with examples of exercises that can be done at home. i haven't exercised in years, and i do mean years! so i'm starting from scratch and really unsure which i need to do. looking for rep exercises has turned into a workout all itself on the internet because of course each site touts the 'correct way' to do them and they are all different. driving me nuts!!

    I downloaded the P90X workouts! There pretty good and they do everything. They also demo how to do the workout if your a beginner or advanced.
