sudden weight gain

over the past two weeks i have gained 6 pounds . i saw the 3 pound weight gain last week and knew that i had not really been giving it my all and had been over doing the "healthy snacking". this week i wanting change it up i have started running 2 days to my routine and started new kickboxing and yoga dvds . i did do some chocolate this week since lent has ended but i m not going over my cals . i have not even had a rest day this week yet i just don't understand whats going on . 6 pounds in 2 weeks i don't get it . my period isnt even supposed to start yet so its not gain from that either .any advice would help please . also on a side note if it means anything i use do about 25 mins a night lifting weight s and this week i haven't because i took a break from weights and just did extra exercises using dumbbells and my kettle bell
