i need some calorie snacks with NO carbs!! help!!

i have about 400 calories left for the day but i am already over my carbs for the day. i plan my meals ahead and log them so i give myself an idea of what room i have for extra things. i set my carbs on my diary lower then mfp because i find for my body less carbs helps me loose a little bit more weight. if i add more exercise to my day i will get a few carbs back but then i will have more calories i need to eat. what can i eat that will give me some calories but no carbs?!
