Hi, everyone. I am a 23 year old single mom of one and as of this morning I weighed 180. I am 5'2 and this is the biggest I've ever been. I gained 20 pounds about 3 years ago while struggling to come to terms with my diagnosis of PCOS. My lowest weight was in high before becoming pregnant wiith my son at 15. I was 130 pounds. I am trying to get back to this by my birthday in September or by November.
For exercise I walk 4 miles every other day. I will start back doing this tomorrow. Any advice/tips? Thanks.
