I bought two bags of Quaker Granola at Costco and poured them into a big plastic container to keep in my pantry. Today I ate the last bowl and logged it. I had never looked at the nutritional info before..but OMG! 1/2 cup is 210 calories. I easily have a cup of this and usually had 1/4 cup of raisins at least! Geez...no more granola!

Defs one of the best examples of faux fitness foods!
I used to buy this amazing granola that was much lower in sugar than other granolas, but was still 250 cal for half a cup!!
Freaking delish though!0 -
If you like granola I have seen suggestions to have a low calorie cereal (maybe for like Chex) and top it with a couple spoon-fulls of granola. Or I like to add a couple tablespoons to yogurt.0
