How often to wash yoga mat & weight gloves?

    Mat - after every use with a Lysol wipe

    Gloves - after every use I bring them with me to the shower (or sink if I'm not showering immediately) and wash them there.

    DON'T! I'm sure I'm just being excessive. Since I have a toddler, I have a tub of Lysol wipes in every room because messes are inevitable. If the wipes weren't within a few foot's reach, I probably wouldn't clean it as often =)
