Resistance Band Super Fail
Options
I was sitting on a yoga ball, doing pilates, with a rubbery resistance band across the back my shoulders, with ends of the band gripped in my hands, doing a front shoulder press(I think that's the right term). Then I shrugged my shoulders to readjust a bit. This triggered the band to roll up my back to my neck and get tangled in the all the hairs at my neck that had fallen out of my pony tail. You know, all those fuzzy sensitive ones.....I then slid off the ball saying "ow ow ow ow ow".

Ha! years ago I was putting a band under my foot and getting adjusted and it rolled out from under my foot and nailed me in the face. Bands and I haven't been friends since, I stick to weights0

This is not the first time I have gotten it messed in my hair, its the reason I stick to buns when I work out, no more ponytails. :sad:0

On Tuesday. I was lying back to do decline bench press, hit my head on the bar. I had the volume down on my ear buds, I could hear the guy standing behind me talking to his friend say "saw that coming"0

OMG - I did almost the same thing! Except the band rolled up and about snapped my head off like a giant rubber band. My shoulders and neck were so red and it HURT for almost 24 hours. I did somehow manage to stay on the ball though!0
