37 year old mother of two beautiful girls seeks major moral support!!!
I have battled with my weight pretty much my whole life or at least since puberty! Now I have a 12 year old and a 9 year old and I am so scared that if I don't do something about my weight now that they will end up just l like me. Kids learn from example so if I don't adopt a healthy lifestyle how do I teach them to?
Typical story...grew up in a house where eating chips at night was normal, so that habit flourished in me as an adult and now snacking is my worst enemy and I can see I am passing that on to my kids as well.
I have lost weight twice before only to put it all back on.....and then some! both times were the same methods, walking and watching what I eat. I know I can do it but I have gained so much weight now that even walking seems like a chore!
I know how to eat healthy, I just don't do such a good job at it :(

I am new to this website, I have been reading peoples posts and am really inspired! But I need constant motivation so if anyone wants to add me as a friend so we can help each other out and kick each other's butts into gear...please do...I can use the help!
