Is anyone involved in a Boot Camp offered by their gym?

I'm doing a Low Impact Boot Camp, starting at 5:45 a.m. tomorrow morning through July 16th. I'm really looking forward to it! My goal is to drop 12 pounds during that 6 weeks! I think I can do it, although I've been a MFP member since 4/26 and I've only lost 7 pounds so far.

We're having a bridal shower for my sister on 7/26 and I'd love to show up looking lots better than the last time everyone saw me! Why is looking good always such a sweet reward?

I am. In fact I have it tonight. It is such a great workout and it keeps you so motivated. Good luck in yours. I've only lost a couple pounds but I've lost quite a few inches!

i am! been doing it since the beginning of may and havent been seeing a drop in pounds but the inches are coming off great! :)

havent been quite sure how to input my workout into my daily exercise diary though lol...have just been noting it as circuit training or calisthenics*...

it's hard work at first (and you will be sore) but it's a great wrokout and your body will adjust in time! good luck:)

I started boot camp two weeks ago. Re signed up today. We did measurements and weight. We will see about the results. I would be happy with inches. I quit putting my exercise in fitness pal because it added more calories which I did not want to calculate in to my daily calories. I just know I have more calories if I need it. I also calculate weight watcher points to stay on track.
