got a bit of mixed feelings today, i jumped on them scales and it showed i had a 0.5lb gain, was not a happy bunny so i decided to treat meself to a new jacket........ and would you believe it i got into a size 12 (UK), so now very happy all that swimming is now paying off.....

Great work! That 1/2 lb is probably just water weight and wouldn't affect your overal reduction in dimension ... so not to fret! Keep it up!0
