Hi All,

I decided today to come back to MFP and am so glad about my decision!

I had started with MFP in November last year and had lost 5 lbs before Christmas.
Living in the UK, my problem was that most of the foods I ate were not listed yet in the food data base
And so I had to add almost every bite which got very time consuming. :grumble:

I decided to try and find a similar forum in the UK and joined one for a monthly fee...
While I had it easy and hardly had to add any foods to their database, I also hardly lost any weight.
Waste of money and time I found. :ohwell:

So here I am, back again and looking forward to more lbs coming off soon.

Good luck to everyone, we can do this. :flowerforyou:

Good luck! I'm also from the UK and so far have found that most of the foods I look up are in the directory so it has probably improved on that front since you were last here...

    Hi,

yes I have noticed that yesterday when I put together my food diary for today.
Must be all the people from the UK adding stuff too. It's great.
