I actually enjoy working out and I often look forward to it but I also know that I have to do in order to stay healthy and thin. However, there are days that I just feel like saying "what the hell let me sleep in today, forget the gym"

Sometimes I wonder if I will be able to keep up my training schedule for over a long period of time. How will I keep this motivation over a life time? what will happen when I start school again in August, will I get fat because I wont have time to work out as much?

So my questions is, How do you keep up the motivation over the long run? What do you do to keep you going?
