And I'm down 13 lbs
I love MFP! The mobile app makes it so easy to keep myself accountable and on track!
I'm a 32 year old mom with a full time desk job, and it was just time for me to finally get my booty moving! About 7 years ago i lost 60 lbs on Atkins but gained it all back when i got pregnant.
This time around, I'm still keeping things fairly low carb, but not as strict as Atkins... leaner protein choices too.
I really don't like exercise. I have lots of hobbies and i always feel there is something more interesting i could be doing with my time. But i do 30-45 minutes on the elliptical every day and i am going to start adding in some strengthening and toning exercises, and i would also like to try Zumba (but in the privacy of my own home, because i know I'll look ridiculous!)
New friends are always welcome!
