Hello!

Hi Everyone! My name's Lisa and I'm 27. I started dieting about a month ago with very little results...then I found this app on my iPhone and this website. Since then I've lost about 3lbs in two weeks. I'm getting married in September and need to get back down to the size I was when I got my dress as I tried it on a couple of weeks ago and it no longer fits me. :cry:

My goal is to get back down to 115. I was at 126 when I started but am now down to 123. If anyone has any exercise tips that would be great. I've mainly just been walking around my neighborhood each evening which is about 1.5 miles. It's starting to get a little old so I need to find something different so I don't lose motivation.
