Weight loss (BMI, BMR, TDEE, Daily Calories) Template for Go

I thought I would share this template I came up with to keep track of my weight loss. I wanted a way to track the changes happening in my body and found that just keeping track of my weight and a few body measurements didn't really give me a complete picture.

This template includes a ton of indicators such as body mass index (BMI), basic Metabolic rate (BMR), total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), daily caloric intake, and loads of other stuff.
I've also included comments which will have the websites to go to for all of these calculations. Use ctrl+c or cmnd+c to copy web address.

Copy the template and you will be able to make changes. Google Docs saves automatically.
