Hello everyone! This is my first time doing anything like this. I had hit a peak in weight that I told myself long ago that I would never allow myself to get to. I also had some recent health scares that have put my health into perspective. I have currently lost 32 lbs and hope to shed another 50-100 lbs over this course of time. I haven't felt this good in a long time. This website has really helped me maintain my calorie intake and I hope to continue using it until I reach my ultimate goal!
