I went in and changed my goals a little. I had put in that I was going to work out 3 days a week but I find I usually do 5. So I made my goal 5 days. I thought maybe my calorie allotment would go up from 1200 but it stayed the same and it still only has me losing one pound per week. So, is MFP telling me my extra two workouts make no difference?

You can manually change it.0

I think that MFP expects you to eat the workout calories, so that's why changing the number of days you work out doesn't change your calorie goal.0

I usually round off about 50-60 calories from what this says. this is good because it varies week to week, but I usually don't change my calorie counts for 1-2 months.0 -
