    Don't know about fit wraps, but I used to cut three extra holes into a bin liner and wear it like a t-shirt under my normal training gear. Worked a treat, but soon ran down into your pants and made you look like you'd wet yourself. Still at 10pence a bag I prefer the wet pant look.
