Realistic target?

Hi everyone!
Was hoping to get some feedback on whether or not this goal is realistic. I've never been in the situation where I could actually target a body fat target, so this is all alien to me!
I have a target date of July 18th (First day of Jamboree in the Hills!) that I would like to do this by. Now I realize that this is only a short 14 weeks away, but that's the point of seeing if this is realistic.
As of now I am 197 with an estimated 20% body fat. I would like to get this down to around 13% by the target date.
Assuming I maintain as much lean mass as possible, this would get me down to a goal weight of 178, or about 1.4 pounds per week loss. I am eating a high protein diet (shooting for 1.2g/lb of weight) to help with the lean mass maintenance. I lift on a 3 day split, and do 20-30 minute cardio sessions on T Th Sat.
Would this be a realistic goal, or would that still be too rapid of a loss to hold onto lean mass?
Thanks in advance!
