Favorite Low Cal Camping Recipes?

Ok, so I'm Canadian and camping season is coming up fast...I LOVE to camp and we go a LOT. I'm hoping there are other fellow campers out there with some favorite low calorie camping recipes they'd be willing to share so I can mix things up a bit from the same ol' stuff and stay under calorie budget to leave room for the absolutely necessary glass of red wine during the night fire.
