Now, if I could just hire someone to train me and feed me without my having to think about it, so that I could actually get my body to this place.... that would be golden.

Any volunteers? You'd have to work cheap. lol

    Emotionally/Spiritually, I completely agree. But there's nothing wrong with having a phsical goal/inspiration, either. :) I like to have a visual image in mind for the body I'm trying to acheive... it's good motivation.

    Yes, yes, and yes. I think I'll have to have surgery, though, in order to have abs that show (and also for the arm flab). Years and years of weight gain, loss, gain, loss = skin elasticity gone. =-/

    You can do wraps and get skin rejuvenation. Surgery isn't always necessary.
