after working out?? I work out five days a week. My hips are continually sore. Suggestions?

That used to be me. I went from 10-12 workouts a week to 3-5.0

Stretch your hips a lot! We often miss them when we are stretching.

If it's muscle soreness and not debilitating I wouldn't be too concerned. If it feels more like joint pain, you might want to take a look at the type of exercise you are doing. Are you doing it correctly? Are you doing too much for your current fitness level or weight? Could you have an underlying condition that needs addressed by a physician?0
