So today I was walking to the cafeteria here in my building and chit chatting with my co-workers that I work out with when all of a sudden it hit me like a ton of bricks...I'm down to 207 pounds! I haven't been this weight since October of 2009!!! That's over 2 years ago!!! And I only got down to that because I had a hysterectomy/bladder lift and didn't eat anything but cheese and crackers for 6 damn weeks. Needless to say the weight came back quite quickly! And now I know better in regards to eatting better and exercising. Do I eat as well as I should every single day...nope. I know I could do better but this is working for me so far. I had decided against logging anything this week so I could take a step back and see what's happening to my bady and when I got on scale this morning I had lost another 2 pounds. So, I'm going to keep on keeping on and enjoy watching the scale go down every week. I've officially surpassed the 1/4 mark of my weight loss and I think I can easily shed the other 3/4 by this fall when I walk across that graduation stage to receive my MBA.
