I've been on MFP since December, but haven't been very strict with myself, haven't worked out much at all, and stopped logging for a long periods of time. I've decided to change that.
I'm 24 years old, female, 5 foot 7 1/2 inches, currently ~210 lbs. My goal weight is 150 lbs, which is what I was in college. I wasn't terribly fit (read: not very muscular) in college, though, so I'd to start doing weight training eventually. For now, though, I'm starting carefully tracking what I eat and walking for at least 30 minutes every day.
