    I'm 23 and ancient. There are lots of people on here so I'm sure you'll find some in your age group, but variety is definitely the way foward, all shapes, heights, ages and weights. Everyone has an opinion and support to give :)

    I'm 20! Feel free to add me :) i understand how younger members have different lifestyles to older members, such as income and whether you live on your own or with your parents and whether you have responsibilities such as children etc.

    I love all my MFP friends but it can be helpful to have support from people your own age!
