can you tone excess skin?

if so...HOW!?!?! i have excess skin in my stomach and upper arms (a little in my thighs, but i can deal with that). at this point, i know it is not just fat, the majority of it is just skin (from all of my weightloss, currently and before i started MFP). i really hope my only option isn't skin removal surgery or having to just live with this excess, but i'm not sure if skin can be toned. help please!

I'm pretty sure that only muscles can be toned.0

if you did weight training and drank a ton of water while working to lose weight it generally cuts down on excess skin, but it also depends on how much weight you actually dropped.0

It could be excess skin or it could be stubborn fat deposits under the skin or perhaps a combination of the two. Resistance training exercises could help. Here is an interesting article I found on this:
