Hosting a Biggest Loser comp. at my Dorm

Hello everyone!

I am starting a Biggest Loser Competition at my dorm, and I wanted to know if any one has participated in one before? If so how was it set up?

For now I had my Hall Director buy a scale that does weight and body comp, but may do taping as well. But I could use ideas in terms of organization or just general tips.
