I've been using my HRM with all my workouts for about a month now and I've always wondered, should I be stopping my HRM when my workout is over or when my heart rate has returned back to normal? Which is more accurate? Any info or advice is appreciated, thanks!

I stop my HRM when I stop my workout and my heart rate is back under 100. I'm nnot sure it make any appreciable differerence as If I stopped it with the last rep, it'd only be like 15 calories difference.0
