Breast feeding and dieting......

I had a baby in Dec 2008 and have lost the "baby weight" but would like to get down to a healthier weight. I'm still breast feeding and know that I shouldn't limit my calorie intake to what it would be if I wasnt breast feeding.
Any one know how to figure out how many calories I should be eatting or how to determine that?:flowerforyou:
