I started at 340lbs, I eat 1500 calories a day. I exercise 5 to 7 times a week, walking (I consider it exercise). I don't eat my exercise calories back.0

I am 5'3" and started at 249. I have done both weight watchers counting points and just plain counted calories. I tried to keep it at 1200 calories pretty much the whole time.0

5'4" 150 (down from 170) and i work out 6-7 hours/week and eat 1570. If I want to eat my exercise calories, i do. If I don't, I don't. Usually I end up using some of those unused calories during the weekends anyway. I'm probably not the ideal example b/c I freaking LOVE to eat, but I hope that helps!0

I usually eat about 1200. If I don't exercise, sometimes I go less but then MFP tells me I'm in starvation mode if I eat less than 1200. If I exercise hard sometimes I will go up to 1500 a day.
Not loosing anything though. Pretty depressing.0 -

My average net is in the 1400 range and I've been trying to increase it to the 1650 net range to get above my BMR. Some days I get there but as an average it's in the 1400's.

I workout 3-7 days depending on the week, some weeks I need more exercise
to compensate for food lol.
I net 1550 and an losing a pound a week, so far0 -
I wasn't losing anything either eating little (1500 calories) than I increased my calorie intake to 2800 and now I'm losing. I eat my BMR +30% since I exercise 3-5 times per week. I try to NET at least my BMR. But I'm a pretty big guy 6'4 362 pounds now.
Seems to be working. Only my second week tho but it got me unstuck.0 -
I eat all my calories back; I typically consume 2500-4000 a day. Need to control this if I ever slow my exercise rate.0
-
1500 is my goal... after exercise, I try to keep my net calories at 1200-14000
