What's the fast & effective way of trimming down arms?

I'd suggest putting down the weights while you do cardio and do some serious strength training 2-3 times a week. Tricep kickbacks and dips, bicep curls, shoulder presses, lawnmower rows, there are so many moves to work your arms. If you like DVDs, Jillian Michaels has a PowerSculpt workout that really works your arms. But a 1 lb weight is not gonna do it. 5 pounds to start is good, moving to an 8 or 10 when that gets easy.0
