How much exercise?

Hey ive recently started jogging the past month and im currently jogging every other day, i was doing 2 miles each time but as of yesturday im now jogging 3 miles each time. I also walk for an hour on the days inbetween the jogging and on them days i try to do Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 but sometimes after the walk im too tired from the jogging the day before, any1 have any ideas on how many times a week i should do the jillian michaels then i can work it in and not feel so guilty when i dont do it!
