I've been eating most of the calories I earn from exercising. I've noticed alot of people on here seem to say they don't eat there exercise ones. Would love any advice on this subject.

Those that chose not to, are ignoring the way MFP works, as MFP does not take into account your exercise calories.

I do. Well, most of them. I realise that the 'calories burned' figures are just an estimate so until I can get a heart rate monitor to give me a slightly more accurate estmate I give a bit if leeway and assume it's over-generous.0

I do not. No issues. As a matter fact I had never even heard of that idea until I started using MFP to keep track of carbs, fat and protein. I'm healthy as an oxe.0
