Trek Across Maine?

Anyone else out there participating in the Trek Across Maine (a 3-day 180-mile fundraising bike ride for the American Lung Association)?
I decided to participate because it has forced me to start a very intense training regimen. I've been losing weight steadily, but lost it a lot faster a couple of summers ago when I started riding my bike to work daily (30 mile round trip), so I figured the training for the Trek would get my weight down in record time. It's also a good cause, and my company (who is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year) is really pushing participation in the Trek as well.
Finding a goal that requires aggressive training is a great way to find incentive for more exercise.
