We just had a health fair at UPB and they had reg yogurt and chocolate milk etc.. then they had us put sugar in a cup for how much sugar was in these things.. WOW it was half the yogurt cup and more for the small container of chocolate milk. Makes you think..0

Yeah the bottom of the bag is creased and is folded slightly toward the camera causing a reflection on that folded piece that does look like sugar, but it's not.0 -
Yup, this. There's a crease in the bottom of the bag. Also it's not white, unlike the bags with sugar.0

What's worse is, these drinks actually use high fructose corn syrup, not sugar.0

The ONLY calories I drink is a beer like once a month. Food is so much better than drinking! LOL

Diet Coke -diet mtn. dew and Coke Zero don't actually have real sugar in them just aspartame which has 0 calories

Gave up sodas 3 years ago for lent (dad laughed because Im not even catholic haha) but as part of my little clause I told myself that Energy drinks are allowed as I was going to work & school full-time... Energy drinks are my only weakness but Im glad to say Im cutting down0
