So I am trying to set my goal for weight loss BF% and Lean Muscle Mass by My Birthday.
Does the below chart seem obtainable to any of you.

Results would be 19lbs lost in 21 weeks
Reduction of 7% Body Fat
Only losing <3Lbs of lean muscle mass.
