Ok, I know if you normally don't exercise and you start that it can throw off your TOM. Similiarly if you regularly exercise and stop doing it, it can throw off your TOM.

In May I spent the first two weeks exercising regularly and the second two weeks I hardly did at all. I kicked my butt for it and now here we are in June and I'm back to exercising again. My TOM "normally" comes towards the end of the month (26th-28th) and here we are June 8th and it still hasn't come.

Do you think its from exercise or maybe you have an opinion of why it hasn't come? (I definately know I'm not preggo so rule that one out) Just trying to figure out why without going to a doctor because I don't have insurance lol.

I totally missed mine once. Like I just didn't have it that month. It happens sometimes. It came the next month and everything was fine.

I would do that sometimes when my cycle would change....for instance...if I was usually around the first of the month and then it would change to the middle or end....I would skip it one month and it would come back the next month, but on a different cycle...
Its been a while...I had to have a hysterectomy in August...so, I don't have to look for mine every month any more (:

Ah ok, I hope it comes sometime this month then. lol

Not that I look forward to it (who does?) but when I was in high school I was having major problems to the point where it would only come 2-4 times a year. Took doctors a couple years to figure it out, turns out my body was creating way too much testosterone (sp?) than my body was using
