I've been eating right and exerciseing but the past weekend I didnt exercise except for one 2hour walk on saturday. :P and I ate new things (and a fair bit of it as well) I was up to 223lbs from 219lbs the previous week.
But come this morning the scale said 216lbs...

The question I had was what happened in a week that my body went from 224 to 216? And will it stay off or just come back as a fluke loss?

:) thanks. I tried to look it up but couldnt find info on it

My guess is that the original 4 pound gain was water retention and after a period of time of eating well, you lost the fluid as well as some new weight.

    Good for you!

I agree. Don't worry about it. Most people don't lose weight in a completely linear fashion anyway. It fluctuates up and down a bit, but as long as the overall trend is a loss, that means you're winning. Best wishes!
