hi everyone,
I'm looking for some help and motivation with my weight loss.
I joined in June 2011 and have lost 84 lbs which I am really happy about. I've now hit a plateau and I'm finding it really hard to lose weight. I'm looking for suggesting from people to help me get through the most challenging weight loss process so far, so any suggestions would be great. I continue to work out daily through playing badminton, walking and doing workout videos. I also don't drink anything but water and eat 1200 calories a day. So, with all that in mind I've Benson feeling that I've been doing everything right, but I haven't scene any results in about 2 months.
I look forward to suggestions.
thanks

I have lost 160 lbs and about 20 more to go. I have hit a number of plateaus, but only for a week or two, so I don't know if this will help or not. When I stall, I up the exercise by about 150- 200 calorie burn for a few days and lower the intake calories for only 2 or 3 days to 1100. It seems to break the stall. There are many people who will disagree about this and that it is too few calories . All I know is that it works for ME. Others seem to have success with more calories, but that just doesn't seem to work for me and I guess everyone is truly unique I have been doing 1200 calories, never eating exercise calories back for 17 months with success. I exercise for about 2 hours a day and have constantly increased the intensity as I go.0
