    I can't eat cottage cheese without black pepper (lots of it)

    I can't eat soup without crackers (saltines)

    I can't eat toast without butter

    Um, this is me exactly...I'll also add:

    Popcorn without some parmesean cheese sprinkled on

    Coffee without cream

    Butter Pecan Ice Cream without Golden Grahams crushed on top.... oh my... *drools*

    I like salt and use too much, I am trying to cut down but cannot do without salt on eggs or tomatoes. :noway:

    this one is a little weird, but i can't eat pasta with just spaghetti sauce on it, i have to have something to give it some creaminess, but i don't do dairy, so i end up adding something like vegenaise or nutritional yeast.

    I can't eat steak without some sort of steak sauce (I mix ketchup and worcestershire sauce together at home.. really tasty!)

    Ooh, maybe I will try the yeast in mine. I don't always want to add cheese but I do like it creamy.

    Hm... I can't eat...... coffee without skim milk and (too much) splenda
    I can't eat... hummus unless I have it with tandoori naan or a similar high quality bread
    I can't eat... salad without dressing
    I can't eat... my turkey sandwiches without light mayonnaise
    I can't eat tuna without some light mayonnaise stirred in there either...
    I can't eat... cereal without my skim milk!!! (omg)
    I can't eat... protein shake unless it's mixed with skim milk - can't drink it when I mix it with water (blegh!)
    Hm..... can't think of any more for now :P
