Does anyone know about 'carb cycling?'. I am curious about how it works and what the advantages may be.

Yep!
Its easy!
Set MFP to your calories.
Set Protein and Fats to 305 each.
On rest days you eat higher fats and protein, in the red.
the carbs you do eat should be green and leafy on these days.
Or high fibre stuff!
On heavy lifting days youll drive carbs up into the red with fats in the green.
These carbs should be white and yummy!
Like bread, pasta and rice.
Throw in a twinky if you want too!
Thats carb cycling.
If you are new at dieting I wouldnt recommend going keto.
People tend to bounce back in a bad way from that.0
