Hey guys,
I started p90 two weeks ago! I was just wondering if I wanted to add it under my exercise how do I go about doing that? It doesn't have plyometrics as part of the database?
Also does anyone know when we suppose to do the fat burner video? Its not under my 90 day schedule so I assume its not necessary?
Thanks anyone out there who did the power 90 and Brazilian butt lift workout? I have the original dvd and I found some other videos on YouTube, I think I will do the 10 minute ab exercise with my cardio, but let me know if you combined anything with p90 where p90 is the main program.
Thanks

Bump. Curious about this myself. Iv'e also been doing P90. I LOVE Tony!!! Hopefully I'll make it to P90x some day.0

If you wear an HRM you can log it yourself. Go to exercise, then click on "my exercise" on the right there is a "create exercise" option. Enter it there, as P90 plyo and insert time and calories burnt. Then it is saved in your exercises. I hope this helps.0

Josee, I'm new to exercise so just to confirm HRM is a heart rate monitor right? What would the cost be of something like that? I don't mind spending a lil on equipment as I want to make exercise part of my lifestyle.
Adriana! How do you like the p90 so far? I like Tony his funny, I'm hoping to upgrade to p90x after my 90 days is done.0 -
Never did the P90.... completed the P90X last year (fighting through Insanity, while mixing in some P90x and P90x plus right now)... I'd suggest logging any cardio/ plyo/ core work as cardio... plug in how long you worked out and your calorie burn.
Sorry I didn't really answer your question... but it's how I've chosen to log in my 'off the beaten track' workouts...
Good luck! ~b0 -
I really like it, and he is hilarious. I just love him. I do however, hate the pushups, but I think I will ALWAYS hate pushups....LOL. After my 90 days, i'm definitely doing P90x and then x2 hopefully.
I do use my elliptical along with P90, but it's mainly because I LOVE my elliptical.0 -
LOL wait how many Tony programs are there? I thought it was p90 P90x and then the insanity workout. I know Adriana never in my life did I think sit ups would be easier for me than push ups!
I'm thinking of cheating a lil and trying the assisted push/sit ups at the exercise park and hopefully that will help me when I have to do it with Tony.
I just checked the HRM and they not cheap hey! and they will probably not be in English anyway!
What else is there other than HRM? or do you know a brand where they have a language setting? or is it just nrs?0 -

They range in price... there are several threads on here about heart rate monitors... I have a timex and I got it at costco for $60. Polar seems to be the consensus on the best one on the market... mine works fine....0 -
Crazy 8, I did that initially I logged each exercise we did (or what I thought was similar if they didn't have the exercise) but it asks you the weight of the machine?0

lol mine is very english and it comes with a little book to help you set it up. It's just the best way of gauging your calories burnt.... I completed P90X twice, if you read your manual that came with P90 I'm sure it tells you the average burn one gets from completing a workout... You can also use that to input your exercises with0

Curds don't waste your time adding it as strenght training.... add it in as cardio. You burn calories doing beachbody workouts0 -
It gives you an estimate yes but it would be nice to get the exact figure, okay I will do some research on the timex and see if I can get a booklet for it I live in Asia and things rarely come with English instructions.
and crazy 8 I will try to see if I can add it under cardio, since I go twice a month to the park and they have machines there that well lol isn't standard exercise equipment the HRM would be useful for that as well.0
