Any advice to gain weight (muscle)?

    You're gonna have to eat over your maintenance and lift heavy!!

    I'm working on this too. I've upped my calorie and protein goals and keeping with CrossFit. I gained almost a pound and a half of lean muscle last month so it must be working, just trying to keep it up!

    1. Lift Heavy
    2. Eat over maintenance (At least 35% protein)
    3. Get enough sleep
    4. Drink lots of water.

    Lfit heavy, cut down on your cardio, eat 500-600 calories above maint., eat atleast 1 gr. of protein for every lb. of body weight.

  • Well you're a boy so it should be easier but all I did was try to eat more and consume the right amount of protein and lift heavier (fewer reps). And sleep and rest to repair =)
  • Oh yea and almost no cardio.
