Now I've lost a bit of weight I feel more able to start toning up. I'm looking for some tips to tone up my flabby upper arms please. I have some wrist weights and a while ago at work we had a kind of keep fit event. One of the arm exercises involved a stretchy band and was supposed to help with bingo wings. I didn't really pay much attention at the time as I wasn't very motivated but I'm kicking myself now. Anyone know of this exercise and can explain what to do? Or does anyone have any other tips for arm exercises I can do at home?
Thanks in advance :flowerforyou:

Your best bet if you don't have access to free weights is bodyweight exercises. Things like tricep dips, chin ups and pushups are great for the arms and chest.0
