Need some help

Ive been trying to get in shape for my vacation JUNe( coming up wayyy to fast) and Ive more or less lost all motivation and have decided to start all over . I have 2 months to get to where I would like to be. Preferably losing around 10 lbs and mostly just getting toned up for my swimsuit. Im 5'8" Fluxing in weight from 133- 137 lbs. I want to be 125. Anyway I am looking for some gym tips and motivation. I currently make it to the gym about 3 times a week about 30min. I have been using the cross trainer eliptical on the "weight loss" setting. Sorry for all the details im just trying to see what im doing wrong and what i can improve i have seen no change.

Ps, I eat great I am a vegetarian.
